To scale and automate ink production from single small 150L vessel to six 1000L vessels

Worked with chemists to define process requirements, flow rates, temperatures and basic recipe.

Designed full system including specifying all electromechanical parts, construction drawings, heating and cooling system. Managed construction and build out of complete facility. Installed all components, programmed ladder logic for automation control.
