If you don’t know me, I am a passionate vibrant person who loves being active and involved.  I am complex in my interests and skills but a simple person to get to know, work and play with.  I thoroughly enjoy what I try to have fun every day. 

 

I have always been curious, taking things apart to understand how they work and asking question about why people do what they do.  This is what drove me to Engineering and Design.  It's not about the end result. It's about the process and journey.  True insight and innovation comes from a thorough investigation of the problem and the social aspects around it. 

 

Having my BS in Mechanical Engineering, my Masters in Design and over 15 years developing effective user focused solutions, I believe that Engineering and Design are one in the same. It all boils down to problem solving, perspective and a boundary layer.  Whether it be an Engineering, Design or Social problem, I approach them all in the same way.
