Used insights from interviewed customers to identify how to improve hand held scanning device and that they needed a fixed mounted solution as well. Utilized insights to drive product features such as dual angle indicators, correct I/O and value added customer replaceable parts.

Designed and developed fully functioning NEMA 4 sand cast aluminum enclosure system with PCB mount system, LED light pipes, laser beam spread system and fully adjustable CCD camera mounting system.
